fbachus 6dc3e9569a feat(transport_helper): store full departures inside segment 
build out fromMap constructor so that departure and vehicle objects are
created from db query

rename vehicle.id to vehicle.vehicleid to conform with the rule that
id=internal & type int | {tablename}id=api_id & type String

fbachus 1c0616fa86 feat(departures): make some adaptations to supp diff departure srces 
with these adaptations to the api_handler and Departure.fromJson,
the fromJson-factory now works for responses from both /departureBoard
and /tripDetail

for /tripDetail a little json-copying is used, see
ApiHandler._expandDeparturesJson

fbachus 32d8473086 feat(transport_helper): add conflictAlgorithm to db inserts 
this way we can try to persist data at liberty without risking failure
right now, redundant entries will be ignored and updates have to happen
with update
nothing calls dbUpdate yet

fbachus a9f99b5409 fix(database): fix type of segment id that has no right to be a TEXT 
I could not think of a reason why this table's id should be a text,
so I'm fairly sure it was a mistake. Back to INTEGER

fbachus 704e640495 style(transport_helper): rename db_insert functions 
On classes with relational tables, the insert function for the table
that matches the actual class (not relation), is now just called dbInsert
instead of dbInsertClassname.
For inserting to relational Tables, the name stays more descriptive
about the relation covered

fbachus b67d835f38 feat(transporthelper): code cleanup, add toMaps, implement m-n tables 
- remove final keywords everywhere for now cause I don't think I need
  them yet for any specific purpose
- add toMap() functions
- add database.insert() functions for classes and relational tables when
  classes use list that reference other classes
