add bat config, unify niri column width to 4 digit precision

- do not commit lock files
- add script connection to waybar (script not yet in this repo)
- delay some loading in nvim
- update niri to use swaylock and swayidle
- add some niri windowrules for default window widths
- update paru to offer choice for what to update
